Round perforated aluminum Pan
Made of rigid aluminum, perforated pizza plates combine the strength of a pizza pan and the ventilation of a sieve. Perforated with hundreds of 5/16 inch holes, its robust structure improves air circulation for a double combined effect: on the one hand, the perforations optimize the penetration of heat into the dough. On the other hand, they allow steam to escape more easily.
